S-45, R-5+. Interesting, very scarce variety. "Plicae" is Latin for 'folds', referring to the fine, heavy braids of Liberty's hair. The finest example (PCGS MS62) sold in a 2024 auction for 66,000. PCGS 1/6, NGC 0/9.
