A truly rare die marriage that is worth of attention and study.† At first glance the designation of repaired is puzzling as inspection under magnification provides no such evidence.† The skin of the coin perhaps may be secondary and perhaps would have been more apropos designation by PCGS. The in-hand appearance though is deep; uniform; and pleasing.† Either way this present example is worth consideration for inclusion within the Condition Census in our humble opinion.† Opportunities to acquire this challenging die marriage do not come around very often.†
