North Carolina July 14, 1760 10s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20. Newman lists three varieties for this ten shillings denomination. Two of the varieties involve TEN SHILLINGS in block letters. This is the variety using italic capitals. This moderately circulated offering has numerous flaws listed on the PCGS holder, including splits, damage and repairs, pieces rebuilt and design redrawn, and pinholes. An interesting accumulation of annotations on the back of the note make this an enticing piece for collector historians. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
