Rhode Island November 6, 1775 9d PCGS Apparent Fine 12. The Act of Nov. 6, 1775, authorized £20,000 in Bills of Credit. A total of 16,000 of the 9 Pence denomination were authorized. The note has clear design details including the colony's coat of arms and darkly penned signatures of John G. Wanton and John Cole.
