Rhode Island July 2, 1780 $20 PMG Extremely Fine 40. The $20 value was the largest denomination included in this issue. This example is fully framed with clear design elements. The signatures of Metcalfe Bowler, Adam Comstock, and Jonathan Arnold who signed the federal guarantee on the back are dark and clear.
