Panama Banco Central de Emision 1 Balboa 1941 Pick 22s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. A recognizable banknote from the ill-dated Arias "Seven Day" series, ordered by President Arias prior to a coup d'état in which he was replaced and the new government closed the bank and immediately withdrew and destroyed the issued notes. As a result, the design is rare in either issued or Specimen form. At the time of cataloging, there are only two examples recorded in a higher grade in the PMG Population Report.
