Very Fine (12: 4;4;4). FS-403. The king of Flying Eagle varieties! The obverse shows a bold die clash from the obverse of a Liberty head $20 Double Eagle. The strike is very good and the impression is very attractive and even. The outline of the clash is clear all-around. As this variety is very rare and is unknown in mint state grades; an attractive circulated example like this should not be passed up.
