Choice AU (12: 4;4;4). This is one of the coolest varieties in the entire US coinage series. The reverse shows a clash mark from the reverse die of a Liberty Seated quarter! The outline of the eagle is quite obvious. above the ONE CENT. This variety showed up after ANACS attributed an example as being clashed with a Half Dollar reverse. Variety specialist; Bill Fivaz purchased it an compared it with a Seated Quarter with a cent reverse clash variety he had in his collection. They matched and he announced the pair of clashed dies as "Kissin' Cousin's." Many collectors try and assemble full sets of these multi-denominational clashed dies. This example is a super example with the clash showing very clearly.
