1799 1C S-189, B-3, R.2 -- Corroded, Scratched, Damaged -- ANACS Details. VG8 Details. Breen Die State IV. This piece displays deep ebony-brown coloring with speckled notes of mottled-chocolate browns. The damage denoted can be seen on the obverse with a triangle-shaped dig in the center; while corrosion is present, it has left the legends intact as well as a majority of the device's details.
