(New Orleans), LA- State of Louisiana $5-$5-$5-$5 ND (ca. 1880) Cr. 29 x4 PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. An uncut sheet of so-called "Baby Bonds" with six coupons trimmed off of each note. As notes remained in inventory, unissued, coupons for past years were likely trimmed off since interest would obviously not be paid on unissued notes.
