New Style coinage, ca. 119/118 BC, 11th month, Dionysi-, Dionysi-, and Mnesar-, magistrates. Head of Athena right wearing triple-crested Attic helmet, ornamented with leaping Pegasus above upturned cheek flap, vine scroll on bowl, protomes of four horses on visor / A-TE / ???-??S? / ??? / MNH / SAP, owl standing facing on overturned amphora engraved with ? (month); Helios in facing quadriga in right field, SF (engraver) below, all within olive wreath. Thompson 569h. HGC 4, 1602.
