Christian V gold 3 Ducat 1673 AU58 NGC, Christiania mint, KM127 (Rare), Fr-13. Bruun-10143. 9.89gm. Unsurprisingly, this is the only example to come to market for this rare type and the only one to be certified by NGC. The obverse features the symbol of the Danish Order of the Elephant which is Denmark's highest-ranked honor, while the reverse bears the engaging three C5 monograms among six crowns design. This example is further elevated by its preservation, verging on Mint-State, and only minorly impacted by the die crack visible on the reverse. Ex: Peter v.
