1826 1/2 C C-1, B-1, R.1, MS64 Brown PCGS. CAC. Manley Die State 3.0. Chocolate-brown surfaces are illuminated with hints of steel-blue and biscuit. Details are well-defined on both sides. Two die marriages exist of 1826 half cents -- the common C-1, and the scarce C-2. The present offering can be identified as the former due to the criss-crossing lines right of the date, as well as the reverse leaf position relative to the second S in STATES.
