1805/4 50C O-101a, T-4, High R.6, VF30 PCGS. Tompkins Die Stage 1/3. This die stage is characterized by a heavy reverse die crack at the top of RI that has not yet developed into a full cud. The O-101a, T-4 die marriage is identified on the obverse by the 1805/4 overdate with star 1 touching curl, and the reverse has 5 berries. This is an excellent mid-circulated Draped Bust half dollar overdate with varying shades of gray ranging from ash-gray on the high points to a deep gunmetal-gray in sheltered areas.
