Ball 22 Cr. 12A $500 1861 Bond About Uncirculated; Ball 127 Cr. 74 $500 1861 Bond Fine. The Ball 23 is of the scarcer variety with three handwritten coupons under the bond proper that are signed by Register of the Treasury Robert Tyler. Jones signed the bond coupons. This bond has some smudges in the bottom left corner. The Ball 127 bond has edge damage, holes, internal splits, penciled annotations on the front and back, and stains.
