Inverted Overprint Error Fr. 1908-A $1 1974 Federal Reserve Notes. Four Consecutive Examples. PMG Graded. The third printing of the serial numbers and both seals were printed upside down on this Boston quartet. The first two notes grade Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ, the third note weighs in at Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ, and the fourth note has a small amount of handling that results in a grade of Choice About Unc 58 EPQ.
