Austria Austro-Hungarian Bank 100 Kronen 2.1.1902 Pick 7 PMG Very Fine 25. An exceptional rarity, this Austro-Hungarian Bank 100 Kronen is one of just seven examples recorded in total in the PMG Population Report at time of cataloging, none of which exceed Very Fine. The appeal of its impressive condition is enhanced by its comment-free holder. Allegorical figures of a man, woman, and child appear on both sides in mirrored compositions, surrounded by symbols of industry, agriculture, and knowledge, rendered in solid green. Austro-Hungarian paper money is a fascinating and limited area of collecting, celebrated for beautiful designs such as this handsome issue. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
