Bermuda Bermuda Government 5 Pounds 1.10.1966 Pick 21d PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ. The 1957 series was intended to introduce a new security strip in the design as an anti-counterfeiting measure, though the first 500,000 banknotes were printed and circulated without it. As a result, the later printings dated 1965 and 1966, including the example offered here, feature the new solid security thread, visible to the right of the denomination guilloche on the front. The design also features the beautiful portrait of a young Queen Elizabeth II. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
