British North Borneo British North Borneo Company 1 Dollar (1884-1920) Pick 3 PMG Very Fine 20. Issued between 1884 and 1927, this design can be found with a wide range of dates. Earlier notes typically bear a handwritten date at top right, while later issues feature a printed date in either script or block type. As the note is more than a century old, the absence of a date may simply be the result of faded ink. However, based on the printed signature combination and the A/A prefix, the note can be estimated to date between 1919 and 1924. Insect damage is mentioned on the holder.
