British North Borneo British North Borneo Company 25 Dollars 1.12.1926 Pick 17 PMG Choice Fine 15 Net. As the highest denomination issued in British North Borneo paper money, this note would have been produced in the smallest quantities. As a result, it is among the most desirable issues and scarcely encountered at auction. We last offered this variety in a 2025 Signature sale. This note retains its eye appeal despite the edge damage and stains mentioned on the holder, with a degree of edge wear to be expected given the soft, deckle-edged paper on which it was printed.
