Ceylon POW Camps / Anglo-Boer War, Ragama 25 Cents ND (1899-02) Pick UNL POW4833 PMG Choice Very Fine 35. Second denomination of the Ragama, Ceylon POW Camp for prisoners of the Anglo Boer War. This denomination is scarce, with only a scant few survivors known, within a serial number range of a few hundred units. A little nick in the bottom margin is mentioned for accuracy on this otherwise pleasing note. The printed, written, and stamped details are all clearly visible.
