Ceylon POW Camps / Anglo-Boer War, Ragama 50 Cents ND (1899-02) Pick UNL POW4834 PMG Very Fine 25. A very scarce smaller change denomination from the second series of Ceylonese POW Camp notes issued in 1901 and 1902. To date, serial numbers between 81 and 484 are known, which indicates how scarce this type was then and is now. The manuscript manager signature remains bold and clear. A clear company stamp is also seen on the front of the notes. Splits are mentioned for accuracy but do not detract from the appearance. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
