El Salvador Banco Salvadoreno 25 Pesos 1.2.1919 Pick S205c PMG Choice Fine 15. This is the single example of the variety recorded in the PMG Population Report at time of cataloging and marks the first time we have offered the note in issued form, with our only previous offering being a Specimen. For a banknote more than a century old, the comment-free holder is impressive. Printed by the American Bank Note Company in black over a brown and yellow underprint, the front features the national coat of arms alongside the allegorical figure La Critique, seated with a book beside a terrestrial globe.
