European Union Central Bank, Germany 10 Euro 2002 Pick 2xs Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. A scarce and popular 10 Euro Specimen from Germany, as evidenced by prefix X and R printer code. Overprinted cancelled. A tiny serial number adds intrigue. Always popular in this format with as made ink. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
