France Banque de France 5 Nouveaux Francs on 500 Francs 12.2.1959 Pick 137b PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Only seven examples are recorded in higher grades in the PMG Population Report, while the Exceptional Paper Quality designation seen here is less commonly encountered for the type. Synonymous with French national identity and the country's artistic heritage, Victor Hugo makes this design particularly popular among collectors. The celebrated author, social reformer, and politician is rendered in bright colors on this 5 Nouveaux Francs note. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
