Austin, TX- Republic of Texas $20 Feb. 1, 1840 Cr. A6 Medlar 26 PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45. An attractive example that is well printed on bright paper with sharp design details and handwritten information. Importantly, the hallmark orange Lone Star back design retains its original color without any suggestion of oxidation. The note has the almost universally encountered cut cancels but is otherwise free of repairs and meaningful impairments. HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
