Dark Red T64 $500 1864 PF-3 Cr. 489B PMG Very Fine 25. The moderately circulated T64 in this lot possesses outstanding, dark red underprint color which has earned it the "Great Color" accolade from PMG. According to research by Steve Feller, T64s bearing serial numbers 33000 to 39000 contained dark red tints, and with its serial number 37648, this piece falls within that range. PMG comments on evidence of a previous mounting. From The Richard Jones Collection HID08101242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
