Pair of Connecticut Comptroller's Office Certificates £1; £2 1789-90 Anderson CT-52; CT-53 Very Fine or Better. Ralph Pomeroy signed off on both of these certificates. He was the Military Paymaster for Connecticut during the Revolutionary War and State Comptroller after the war. Both certificates have a circular cut-out cancellation at center.
