Bank Note Cigar (Company) Promotional Counter Display ND Not Graded. Bank Note Cigar Company promotional materials are very desirable for today's paper money collectors. The Bank Note Cigar Company was established around 1900 in Red Lion, PA and was active primarily in the 1920s and 1930s, producing popular 5¢ cigars during that time. This colorful counter display measures approximately 9.75 by 10.75 inches and advertises the Invincibles brand. This counter display is not graded, but it does have a loss of detail mostly at center.
