You have just found a great coin secret. Northern Nevada Coin has been in the wholesale market for a decade. Our job has been buying large quantities of rare coins, supplying our good customers and retail dealers with fresh coins. In order to accomplish this we have traveled extensively around the country, scouring the vast American landscape for eye appeal and value.

At Northern Nevada Coin we realize your privacy is important to you. All transactions are kept confidential. What does this mean? Well, we'll never ever ever sell your name, address, or phone number to anyone. Those telemarketers and spammers won't bother you because of us. And, if you are the more private type of person no one else on the planet will know what we do.

Here at Northern Nevada Coin we deal in rare coins. We do not deal in modern or foreign coins. We specialize in all Carson City coins, all silver dollars, US gold coins from 1795-1933, rare or key date type coins, and high grade US coins. Coins we especially like to buy are Carson City coins, C and D mint gold, rare O and S issues in gold, high relief's, territorial gold, and high grade gold in all denominations. We also want to buy all major silver dollar errors.

Our mission is to make great friends and buy and sell great coins. We are primarily in the wholesale business, so if you see a coin you need, grab it fast, because we usually sell them fast. The upside is that our inventory is fresh and new, it is not unheard of for our entire inventory to change in a week due to a major show.

Terms of Sale

Any sight unseen purchase made by internet order or phone may be returned within 5 days of the delivery date for refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This return privilege does not pertain to bullion, please read our bullion terms of sale carefully. Any item examined before being purchased has no return privilege. Customers with high levels of returns may be refused future service. Returned coins must be returned to us in the condition in which we sent it to you. If you remove the coin from the holder in which we delivered it to you, you own the coin. All special prices are limited to available stock. We currently accept Money orders and Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, and PayPal.

Nevada residents will be charged 7.6% sales tax on all orders.

California residents will be charged 7.5% on all orders. Rare coin and/or bullion orders totaling $1500 or more are exempt from sales tax.

Return Policy - We guarantee prompt refunds on any items returned or out of stock. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Rare Coins valued at $1000.00 or more can be returned at our cost.

We guarantee all coins we sell to be genuine.

Grading - Proper grading is the backbone of internet service. Returned items cost us money and time, and because of this our coins are graded accurately and conservatively, and we take care to describe any special defects so that you may have a complete picture of the coin. Most of the items you will find here are certified by a third party grading service, we cannot guarantee what any third party grading service will do, or how they will grade a coin. Postage & Insurance - Items are only shipped after we are assured good funds. For Numismatic Orders (rare coins) just add $9.00 to your order. Orders over $500.00 have free shipping. Bullion has different shipping rates, please call to confirm. Typically we ship through the US Postal Service and all items are either insured through our private insurance or by registered mail.
