Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from Charleston Rare Coins, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail with Signature Required. Each shipment is fully insured by a private insurance rider to ensure the safety and security of your purchase.

                •              We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control once the package has shipped.

                •              A signature is required upon delivery to ensure proper receipt of your order.

2. Returns and Refunds

At Charleston Rare Coins, we take pride in providing high-quality, accurately described products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the following return policies apply:

                •              Direct Purchases: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the coin. The coin must remain in the same graded holder and in the same condition as when sold.

                •              eBay Purchases: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the coin, provided the coin remains in the same graded holder and condition as when sold.

Upon return, all items will be inspected for condition before a refund is issued. Any damage, alterations, or removal from the graded holder will result in rejection of the return.

3. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your transactions convenient and secure, including ACH Bank Transfers and Checks. 

Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate when submitting your payment.

4. Product Descriptions and Images

All coins listed for sale on our website and other platforms are described as accurately as possible. We include high-quality images to provide buyers with a clear representation of the coin’s condition and features.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully review the description and images before making a purchase. We are happy to answer any additional questions prior to purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
