1. All stamps offered on the Collectors' Corner Marketplace are available for sale.

2. Stamps are carefully priced and are offered at reasonable fair market prices.

3. Stamps are carefully described and every stamp is guaranteed to be genuine.

4. For new customers, payment in advance is requested. A stamp may be returned for a full refund if it is returned to Rupp Brothers within 30 days of receipt.

5. For established Rupp Brothers' customers, with approved credit, purchases will be shipped on approval for examination prior to receipt of payment.

6. Shipping: There are NO shipping or insurance charges. 

7. New York State buyers - The appropriate county NY State sales tax will be added to your order.
