HB-214 EP-129 Scott-158 Reed-SB10 10¢ Schapker & Bussing Extremely Fine. Schapker & Bussing were an Evansville, Indiana, dry goods concern. Reed's rarity rating is R-5, 21 to 30 known, while Hodder-Bowers give a population of, "between 15 and 20 known" on page 163. The case is olive-green with traces of olive-gold amongst the lettering. The stamp is smooth and the color is nice. The mica has scattered crazing along with a scratch at 6 o'clock. It also has a small spot at center that reflects a shade of green when tilted.
