Maryland March 1, 1770 $1/2 Extremely Fine. Boldly signed by Clapham and Couden. Anne Catherine Green and Frederick Green of Annapolis were the printers. A really bright piece with superb visual appeal. There are many small internal tears that have been restored. A very handsome example compared to many that we encounter from this 1770 series.
