Date of Issue February 25, 1974 and date of maturity is February 25, 1980. "The Federal Home Loan Banks" arced title at top. Denomination counter below. Allegorical male seated at left. Allegorical female seated at right. Small print obligation as authorized by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board. Two stamped "SPECIMEN" and two small circular POCs. All twelve bond coupons attached, each with a small circular POC. Imprint of the Federated Banknote Company. A couple have rubberstamping in the top margin reading, "Not To Be Removed From Our File."
