1908 $2 1/2 MS65 PCGS. CAC. Bela Lyon Pratt’s quarter eagle design debuted in 1908 and was met with a decent mintage of 564,821 coins. This piece displays rich butter-gold luster with some slightly more brilliant yellow undertones. Some minor marks are present but are negligible. The strike is strong with an enticing level of sharpness within the headdress and in a majority of the eagle’s plumage. Housed in a Generation 3.1 green label holder. Ex: ANA Signature (Heritage, 2/2014), lot 5217. HID06601242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
