1834 $5 Crosslet 4, HM-9, R.4, XF45 ANACS. The Crosslet 4 was utilized for just one die marriage and has achieved such renown to achieve Guide Book variety status. Uniform ochre-gold ensnares this example and is free from any toning. The strike is pleasing with excellent detail along all elements except the typical weakness on star 7, and wear is largely centered on Liberty's hair.
