Connecticut June 19, 1776 1s 6d PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. Part of a £50,000 emission, 6,000 1 Shilling 6 Pence notes were authorized for issue. This note is well printed on bright paper with nice margins and sharply printed design details. The note is fully issued with Jabez Hamlin's signature on the face and the Comptroller Porter's registration endorsement on the back. PMG has awarded this piece its "Great Embossing" accolade.
