North Carolina April 4, 1748 40s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20. A bold drum and fife vignette is seen at the lower left with the signatures faded but legible. The back of this early North Carolina note is full of endorsements. It was given an apparent grade by PCGS due to edge splits, tears, repairs, a replaced piece and some redrawing of the design.
