Pennsylvania October 1, 1773 15s PMG About Uncirculated 55 EPQ. The Act of February 1, 1773, authorized £150,000 in Bills to revive the Loan Office system. A total of 28,300 15s notes were authorized for issue. The face features the Penn family coat of arms while the back has a farming scene vignette.
