South Carolina April 10, 1778 2s 6d PMG Choice Uncirculated 63. The 2 Shillings 6 Pence denomination was the smallest included in the April 10, 1778, emission, with 30,000 2s6d notes allocated for issue. The simple design features cornucopias at lower right and a decorative end panel at left. The note is well printed with clear design details and legible signatures of John Beale and John Peronneau.
