(1892-93) Medal The Journey, Christopher Columbus, World's Columbian Exposition, Eglit-55, Starlust-Unlisted, R.5, MS64 Prooflike NGC. Ex: Steve Starlust Collection (limited edition slab). 50.5mm, white metal. Starlust omits the non-plated white metal variety. Attractive frosted devices rest alongside pleasingly reflective fields. There are no marks that would distract. At MS64, the present piece is the finest Prooflike example known, and only a lone MS65 Deep Prooflike example can be considered finer (9/26). From The Starlust Collection of 1893 Columbiana. HID06601242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
