1892 Medal Christoforo Colombo, World's Columbian Exposition, Eglit-UNL-60, Starlust STND-685wm, R.6, MS62 Prooflike NGC. Ex: Steve Starlust Collection (limited edition slab). 32mm, white metal. Top Pop: Apparently the only example in white metal certified by NGC. Steve Starlust calls this the "elf-like Columbus": clean shaven with tall cap and curls (Same basically as the ST-eg-55 look). The reverse reads: IV Centenario Columbiano, Genova 1892; in middle, a sailing ship with rays all around with odd shaped continents. Nel 1492 Scopri L'America below. Loop and ring as made. Deeply reflective and a medal that is not often made available to collectors. From The Starlust Collection of 1893 Columbiana. HID06601242017 www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
